What do I do once I download the white noise?

Once you have successfully saved the white noise download to your computer's hard drive, we suggest burning the white noise to a CD-R or CD-RW.  The white noise download is 5 minutes in length.  You can either burn the same file multiple times, or burn it once and set your CD player to repeat the track.

How do I burn a CD?
Most computers today come with a CD burner and built in CD burning software.  If you aren't sure if you have a CD burner, locate your CD drive and look at the front.  If it reads Compact Disk Rewritable, you have a CD burner.
